While many businesses in Savannah’s Starland District were open for holiday crowds last week, the Sey Hey Bar on Bull Street kept its doors closed.

The boundaries of the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge will be expanded, following a decision by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
