However, Beat Saber does have some risks associated with it. Because it relies heavily on your shoulders' rotator cuffs, those joints and the surrounding muscles can be strained and injured as you play.

Jul 26, 2021 · Beat Saber (native) only supports custom songs with modding, technically a ToS breach, but no one's been banned for this yet. Currently you need an older version of BS to play native Q2 custom songs. Synth Riders supports custom songs on native and PC with no mods.

I too credit Beat Saber with putting me on a different path, healthwise. I would play for an hour every day end then I started noticing that I was losing belly fat, which encouraged me to also eat healthier (ditching sugar and carbs) and then I noticed that my arms were getting some tone, which encouraged me to start lifting weights.

I setup all my visuals and it was looking good, but I noticed that Oculus nor Beat Saber have an option to output to a separate device than the default windows one, which is frustrating if you want to be playing things for yourself and something different through the mic or through the headset.
