Depends on your playstyle Tinkers Construct is good if you know how to use it otherwise I would suggest Draconic Evolution or Avaritia. icewhisper is fun to use or starforge which can be turned into supernova. Use smithy runic hammers to reforge (as above: Dull Copper/Shadow + Powerful + Quality) 1. Usually you want Stam+Mana: Powerful + Animated + Arcane + Valorite runic.
