Tiffany blue is a trademarked color and therefore bridesmaid dress manufacturers (or anyone else) can't market their product as being 'Tiffany blue' so you will need to look at swatches for each manufacturer to see what's closest. Edit: For example, David's Bridal's 'spa' color looks similar.
