Oct 30, 2022 · In off the record, he’s an arrogant hero who spews one liners every two seconds. The only reason that it’s acceptable I’m off the record is because it’s a reimagining and not canon. Frank is just a guy who’s doing what he has to to survive, and wants to help people.
