This happened to me too, this happened when I switched to using a Microsoft Account. To fix this go to the Store, right-click to get the "home" and "your apps" choices and hit the "your apps" button. From the drop-down menu select "all apps", then mark the Netflix-app (or whichever app you had an issue with), and click install.

To fix the issue, I have to close Netflix and then reopen it. The issues stop as soon as Netflix is closed. I don't know if this is an issue with my hardware, drivers or Windows.
