Monster Hunter Generations is for 3DS only. Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate is for Switch only (localised is at least). But the Ultimate version on the Switch (as it goes for most Ultimate versions of titles like MH3U and MH4U) always has more content and looks better in general so I'd advise to go for MHGU over MHG when you can! 16. I like turn based rpg's on my handhelds and MH stories was a gamble.I like the world and the game design,but i was not sure about the kiddy look of the game.I like too say it's one of my best games on the system now and the game is so much fun.

3U: Great for more MH on 3DS. No online MP (that's on the Wii U edition of 3U) but does have local MP, so 3U is a "git gud game" if you don't have others to play with locally making it a challenge. Mar 25, 2023 · 3 is older so a bit more clunky but it’s still an excellent game. Whole different region and monsters to fight, along with underwater combat and monsters. I’d say play 3 then 4 👍. I like gen the best. But 4 is better than 3. 4 is better but if you got 3 on Wiiu it’s graphically better.

Cons: It's a Wii U and even with Smash only a handful of good games (more are being released) The range for the gamepade limits your house wandering ability. The Graphics are superb and they're even better in 3d mode i suggest you get a XL because the bigger the better imo the size its so much different from the regular 3ds and i feel though as if the XL you will benefit much better.
