Graduates who apply for early release of Foundation/ Undergraduate/ Postgraduate certificate.
I hereby request the University to courier my degree certificate, academic transcript and other certificates (if any) to the above postal address at my own risk. I undertake that any request of the certified copy of certificate and resend of the said document(s) is chargeable (if any).

To ensure that the Degree Certificates and Academic Transcripts for graduates are released on the day after the Convocation Ceremony. To ensure that the request for second Academic Transcripts and loss of Degree Certificate are attended to in five (5) working days.
Will I receive MUET Certificate in hardcopy? No. Starting from MUET Session 2 2024, MEC started to implement e-certificate. However, if candidate requires hardcopy certificate, RM60 will be charged by MEC for processing and postage fee. The hardcopy of certificate could be request through this link: https://sijil.mpm.edu.my/

A charge of RM50.00 processing fee is payable for the request of early release of certificate. In addition to the processing fee, undergraduate/ postgraduate student is required to pay the graduation fee upon issuance of convocation Pro-Forma invoice.
