The Defence Occupational Fitness programme (DOfit) is a best practice health behaviour change support programme, developed in partnership with Public Health England to support service personnel. The latest Ministry of Defence Police recruits have completed their training with a passing out parade at the MDP HQ in Wethersfield, Essex. The British Army Band Colchester started proceedings, before family and friends found out more about the skills learnt by the new Police Constables.
