Pommes de terre roulées au Comté • 8 pommes de terre Agria (env. 800 g) • 3 c. à s. d’huile d’olive • Sel fin, poivre • 120 g de Comté 24 mois, en fines lamelles • Beurre pour les cercles Pommes de terre déroulées finement à la dérouleuse. Assaisonnement huile d’olive, sel, poivre, puis le Comté entre chaque couche. On roule bien serré, on met en cercle bien beurré.
