I was inspired by She's The First to make this insanely colorful, rainbow tie-dye cake, as part of their #BakeAChange bake sale. The colorful pattern is made using a mixture of gel food coloring and vodka, which I added to the chilled cake using small sponges! If you don't want to use vodka, you can also use a clear extra (like lemon extract).
