I’m down here at Ithaca Ale House (301 E State St) trying out their NY Orchard Burger—and this one’s definitely something different. It’s stacked with local apple, New York State cheddar, orchard ketchup, crispy onion, leaf lettuce, tomato, all on a brioche bun. It’s big, juicy, and honestly… kind of weird—but in a good way.
