Two blacksmith lapwings weren’t very impressed with their uninvited company, mobbing a dagga boy that had chosen to rest too close to their nest. Mobbing is a common defensive behavior where smaller birds band together or aggressively harass a much larger or dangerous animals to drive it away from their vulnerable chicks or nest.
