In addition to the tips in the video, I always make sure that I master the contentions of both parties, the rulings of the lower and appellate courts. Note: issue spotting is very important so make sure you know the topic to properly spot the issue. Lastly, master the case by creating a case digest. You can use that as notes during recitation. #lawschool #lawtok
